🌊Inspired by my love for the ocean, created with light and dark blue colors for the ocean, a white surf, a golden Sandy brown beach.
Embellished with a Starfish charm and complimented with a glass prism.
This Suncatcher is heavy, i do not recommend a suction cup for hanging.

In my youth I lived on the east and west coasts. Summer time was spent picnicking at the shore and body surfing. So much fun, I love the smell of the salt water and how the waves create a calming effect.
🌊Depth and texture, creating hues of colors with skills of craftsmanship, with quality materials and techniques at a high standard.
Hung with colorful beads, iridescent, light, dark blue and seashells.
🌊 Highlighted with a Starfish charm.
Accenting this lovely piece adding shine and glimmer to any indoor or outdoor decor.
I love the beauty found in the variety of glass colors, the way the light filters through the different hues of glass casting beautiful colored shadows, and I love making beautiful objects that people can use to adorn their home and garden. I make everything in my home studio with various hand cutting tools, an electric saw and grinder, and a large kiln which I use for fusing and slumping. My work is inspired by both nature and the materials themselves and I hope that people who view my artwork can feel the beauty of the materials as I do. I feel incredibly privileged to be able to do something that I love and for me, success means making artwork that other people love as well. I have been fortunate to have others take as much joy in my work as I do in making it. To be truly successful as an artist I believe it is essential to be passionate about your medium, and I truly love making glass art!
