We pride ourselves at Stars and Stripes Love Bows for making these beautiful hair accessories for any event. Our hair bows come with a French barrette attached to the back side of the bow with hot glue. An alligator clip can also be attached if that is your preference (please ask for it in the notes to seller box when ordering).
For personalization/customization of your bow please leave the name you would like in the 'NOTES TO SELLER' box at check out or the personalization option. Names will be embroidered in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, please send us a note if you would like to change it. This bow has a 10 letter maximum for name.
On average, measurements are 5 1/2 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches tall. Each bow size may differ depending on the length of the last name you choose for your bow.
We typically take up to two weeks to make and ship out your bow. After shipment, shipping usually takes, on average, 2-5 business days. If you would like your bow sooner, please send us a message BEFORE ordering, and we will get back to you ASAP regarding whether or not we can make that time limit.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
