Our timeframe and shipping:
We promise to make and ship out your new mask within 7 days, not counting Sundays and holidays, but we usually finish in just a few days. Once your order ships, it's handled by USPS or the carrier you selected at checkout. Please note that we can't control shipping speeds or delays. You'll receive a tracking number from Etsy by email so you can follow your package from New York City to your location anywhere in the world!
Work ethics:
We carefully handcraft each mask with precision and great attention to detail and take pride in every piece we send out. Every mask is fully felted on the inside for nose and overall face comfort, and a 3/4" thick elastic band is placed to firmly but gently hold the mask on the head.
Please note that some decorative elements may vary slightly based on our inventory and available materials.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Should you encounter any quality issues at all with your new mask, we humbly ask for a chance to fix it before you leave us your review. Just message us, and we will do everything we can to help you out!
