Some color combos may be harder to see the contrast difference such as green with yellow writing as they are similar colors so harder to see writing compared to green with black writing or yellow with black writing.

Regular size is 4 3/4 wide 3 7/8 tall 1 3/8 thick From top of grip to top of Bike Jack is approx 2 7/8 to give a idea of what it will clears (mirrors ect.) Most go with regular size.
XL size is 5 1/8 wide 5 1/16 tall 1 3/8 thick giving you around 4 inches from top of grip to top pf bike jack giving extra clearance for taller mirrors and accessories.
Blemished units are available for cheaper price they are slightly defective such as black may have smeared a bit onto green etc. not bad but not perfect so i don't want to sell as perfect. Strength wise they are the same!
