Add a touch of style to your house with this modern house number and address sign! Our Modern House numbers come in multiple color options and a variety of sizes. Design comes with 2 small holes for easy hanging.
This sign can be mounted on a variety of surfaces, including brick, wood, vinyl siding or stucco with hardware of your choosing (not included).
Our signs are made in-house in the USA from durable cold rolled 1/16" thick steel and powder coated with your choice of color to resist rust and fading.
The top line (numbers) of the Sign will be centered. The bottom line (address) will be the full span of the width ordered.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The Width you pick will be exact. The amount of characters in your address will dictate the Height of your house address sign. An address like '125 Maplegrove Ave' will be shorter in height than an address such as '125 Maple'. Please reference the dimensions chart for approximate heights.
- Reference Dimension Chart for heights.
- No Hardware included.
- No Returns accepted. These are custom made to your address and specifications. If item arrives damaged we are more than happy to make it right.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
