Upon placing your order - there is a box to, “Add your personalization”. Please include the name and dates you would like the stone personalized with.
**PLEASE make sure that the dates are correct and that the name is spelled correctly. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, it is common practice for us to copy and paste your personalization as they are given to us in the personalization section. These notes are sent directly to us with your order. You DO NOT need to write the listed saying in the personalization section - the stone will be printed EXACTLY as it appears on the listing, but with your personalization.
***PLEASE NOTE*** This stone includes the use of your personal photo along with the listed saying and your personalization. If you want to change the saying on the listed stone; that will be considered a "completely custom" stone. This particular item includes the use of a personal photo of your loved one. Please make sure that the photo is clear, clean and of good quality. A photo of a photo, photos that are dark and blurry or pixelated will have a poor print quality. Please note that some photo cropping may be

PREVIEWS
Previews are automatically given to customers who order “completely custom” items only. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, items that are not completely custom will only receive a preview by request only. The request for a preview must be made the day the order is placed and up to 24 hours after. We will not create a preview within less than 48 hours of the order ship date. All previews not approved within 24 hours of the orders scheduled ship date will be automatically approved and shipped. Previews WILL NOT be made until an order is placed.
SHIPPING & FEES
For billing purposes, billing/shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is received. If you are sending this item as a gift, please include the shipping address of the person you are sending it to in the shipping section.
Our regular turnaround time is normally 5 to 7 business days NOT including weekends, holidays, or the day the order is placed. Upon check out you have the option to select a faster production and shipping speed.
GIFT MESSAGES
PLEASE include your gift messages in the “gift message” section while placing the order. The “Notes to Seller” section is NOT the gift message section. Because of the high volume of orders we receive, adding your gift message to the "Notes to Seller" section WILL NOT guarantee that the note will be added to the order. The gift note option is available during the check-out process. Marking your item as a gift is NOT the same thing as adding a gift message. Marking your item as a gift only means the order will include an invoice with no billing or price information.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
