This listing is for ONE custom glass mug. Each glass is free hand painted with an image of your special furbaby!
P A I N T I N G ::
These are freehand painted. We do not copy, trace or print your image. We do our very best in capturing each pet's unique look. If you would like us to send a photo before sending your glass, choose "yes please" from the APPROVAL PHOTO dropdown menu. If you choose this option, please be sure to check your Etsy messages frequently! If we send a photo for approval and do not receive the OK within 3 business days, we will go ahead and ship your glass to you. If you choose "surprise me" from the dropdown menu, we will send your glass without an approval photo.
C U S T O M I M A G E ::
Once you place your order, please message us with at least one well-lit and clear shot of your pet's face with no filters. You may include multiple shots if you think it will be beneficial. We want to capture your baby's personality in the image! Please include your invoice number in the message with the photos. Because this is a custom order, please be sure to check your Etsy messages frequently until we ship. Just in case we have any questions!
This listing includes ONE pet image on the mug. If you wish to add more pet images to the same glass, please add one quantity of this listing to your cart for each ADDITIONAL pet ( ). For example, if you want a total of 2 pets on one coffee mug, purchase quantity 1 of this listing and quantity 1 of the "additional pet" listing just mentioned. All of our glassware is painted by hand with glass-safe acryllic and heat-cured for longer lasting life. Please handle with care. Avoid using any abrasive cleaners, including brushes and the rough side of sponges. To clean, rub with your hand or a soft sponge using a gentle dish soap. Not microwave or dishwasher safe.
