We accept returns of A5, A4 and A3 prints if we are contacted within 14 days of receiving the item. Return postage is to be paid for by the buyer. We cannot accept returns for all framed prints, 16x20, 18x24”, A2, A1, A0, 24x32” or 24x36” sizes as these are custom made to order by our supplier.
