This is a brightly colored bowl shape bird seed container on a pedestal. The handmade resin bowl looks like a stained glass flower and attaches to a green 1/2" x 16" garden stake, 2 stakes are included with a connector piece. The bowl size is 6-7" across the top (about the size of an adult hand), 3" deep, has a glued in place support disc underneath the bowl and holds about 2+ cups of bird seed. A unique feeder for small birds, butterflies and bees. Fully assembled height is about 32" and would make a nice retirement, garden lover, Mother's Day, butterfly fan, bee lover or Christmas gift. Can be used in your garden or in a flower pot to feed your small feathered friends, maybe at a wedding or party holding breath mints and especially useful for an apartment balcony planter in a big city. Perfect gift for any bird lover! Can be disassembled for cleaning and storage. If you have squirrels you may have visitors as well!
Some assembly required:
Connect the rod sections first (a few taps from a hammer to the end may be needed), place where wanted in your garden 3-4 inches into the ground or pot then attach the resin bowl with the custom made knob.
Bonus:
I've included a clear plastic dish that you can place inside the resin bowl to make it a small bird bath, butterfly puddler or bee refreshment station. A separate screw is included (you will need a small Phillips screwdriver) for the liner bowl and you will need to add small pebbles or stones for the birds to have something to grasp. I've also included a small bag of sand/salt mixture for the butterfly puddler feature.
These flowers last longest in the shade and can be damaged by strong storms and hail.
